If you submit the reservation form, we collect your name, email, phone number, the machine model you're interested in, and your consent to be contacted. We also record some technical details about that submission — the page you submitted it from, the page that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed — so we know which reservation is which and where it came from.

If you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel also collects browsing events on this site, described in the Cookies section below.

We also use Vercel Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns, like how many people visit each page. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect anything that identifies you individually.

We use reservation details to get in touch with you about the machine you're interested in and to follow up on your reservation. We don't use them for anything else, and we don't sell them.

Where you've accepted cookies, we use Meta Pixel data to understand how people use the site and to show relevant ads on Meta's platforms.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use this site and to show relevant ads on Meta's platforms. It sets first-party cookies in your browser (such as _fbp) and sends Meta basic event data, like page views.

The Pixel does not load, and none of these cookies are set, until you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. If you reject cookies, none of this happens. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Separately from cookies, we save your accept/reject choice itself in your browser's local storage, so we don't show you the banner again. This is required for the banner to work and isn't affected by your cookie choice.

Reservation submissions are stored with Supabase, the database provider we use to run this site. If you've accepted cookies, Meta also receives Pixel event data, and a lead event when you submit the reservation form. We don't share your information with anyone else.

Meta processes Pixel data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards Meta has in place for these transfers. You can read more about them in Meta's data processing terms.

We keep reservation details for as long as we're in touch with you about it, and delete them once that's no longer needed — or sooner, if you ask us to.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To do any of this, email us at fernandomoreira@arkel.pt. If you're not happy with how we've handled your request, you can also complain to Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
